.para//Bound is a hack of EarthBound that follows three girls and one guy on their journey to save the world and the Internet from corruption. It parallels the story and universe of EarthBound with references to current popular culture and internet memes. Our four heroes set out to clean up the mess being made by Yerix, an internet stabilizer gone haywire. As long as they air their grievences frequently, they should have little to no trouble on their mission.

New Site Launched

I finally decided to put the new .para//Bound site live. With it, downloads for the demo are now completely public. There are a few more things to add to the site, and I will be doing that over time. I've made a few small updates to the demo. Some enemy attack patterns have been changed, and the pigs miss more. I also fixed the discoloration in Herbert the Pervert Photographer's palette. One other change is something I can't believe I overlooked:
Yeah. Town signs now say "Kentai" and not "Onett". Oops. Demo can be downloaded by members using this link.
And as for Sigma, progress is being made. Got the town enemies imported as well as some NPC's and their related signs.

I've been working on bits and pieces of Sigma's script over the past few weeks. It is the pending name of the second town - might actually keep it. This is, of course, Twoson's replacement in the story.
